Thank you for sending me over the proposed contract of Confidential Agreement. My Lawyers have looker over it and there are a couple of minor details that I would like to discuss with you, namely Articles 9 and 10 of the contract. If you could give me a call, I’m sure we can come to an agreement and finalize the contracts.
