Dear Nicole,

Please allow me to apologize for the defective parts you received from our company.  While we make every effort to insure that all parts are inspected, occasionally a defective on escapes our best efforts. Bring in the part and we will be happy to replace it at no cost. Please accept our apology. Thank you.
