Cash with order: 訂貨付現(CWO), 是指買方發出訂單時即支付現金的付款條件,相當於預付現金(cash in advance; CIA),此種方法是買方於訂貨時,支付全部貨款,對買方甚為不利, 有以下五種:
(1)電匯(Telegraphic Transfer; T/T):由買方向其銀行繳付現金,然後由銀行以押密電報通知出口國的往來銀行,將款解付賣方.
(2)信匯(Mail Transfer; M/T):此種匯款方式乃是由買方向其銀行繳付現金,由銀行將付款委託書郵寄給往來銀行,將款解付賣方.
(3)票匯(Demand Draft;D/D):由買方向銀行購得即期匯票,直接郵寄給賣方,然後由賣方憑票向銀行兌款或請銀行代收.
(4)支票(Check):由買方將私人支票寄給賣方後,由賣方委託銀行託收,等銀行收到票款後,再向銀行收取現款.
(5)國際郵政匯票(International Postal Money Order):由買方向郵局購買國郵政匯票,自行寄與賣方,賣方收到後向郵局兌現付款方式.
