使用情況:

1. 進口商為節省海關倉儲費用
2. 急需進口貨品

方式:
若未能出示正本提單,公司擔保或銀行擔保的放貨程序.
進口商可向銀行申請簽發擔保提貨書,憑以向船公司申請提貨稱擔保提貨.

擔保提貨書稱為

Bank guarantee
Undertaking for Delivery of Cargo without Surrender of B/L
Letter of Indemnity and Guarantee
Delivery without Bill of Lading.
